1-on-1 Personal Training
FitnessPro provides a private atmosphere for all its members. You get individualized workout programs delivered to you 1 on 1 by one of our experienced personal trainers. All personal trainers at FitnessPro are certified by a national certifying agency and/or have a degree in physiology or exercise science. All workouts are one hour in length and by appointment only. All programs are developed for you based on your own personal goals and ability level. Every program starts with a free fitness and body composition evaluation along with a short sample workout.
Physical Therapy
FitnessPro is also home to Franklin Physical Therapy. Specializing in orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation, the staff at FPT helps patients return to a maximum level of functioning and comfort following an injury or disability. We help patients achieve real results by combining hands-on therapeutic treatment and innovative exercises with supportive one-on-one attention. Our unique individualized programs include a comprehensive initial evaluation and ongoing education. Most insurance plans are accepted. Post-rehab programs are also available with a personal trainer for those who would like to continue with their strength and conditioning.
Sport-Specific Training
For grade school athletes all the way up to the weekend warrior, FitnessPro can provide you with a program designed to enhance your sport performance. For any sport including football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, golf, and more. Programs are designed to improve your strength, agility, flexibility and power. Weak areas can be assessed up front and brought up to improve your performance. Please inquire about our specially priced student rates.
Fitness Boot Camp
Want a really supercharged program? With our 12-week boot camp program, you meet with a trainer either 2-3 times per week. The workouts are intense, calorie burning blasts that will get your metabolism stoked. On top of that, there's 5 hours of mandatory cardio that you do in addition either here in the studio or on your own. All cardio logs are kept here so we can keep track of everything. The final component is nutrition, and that is also done by keeping weekly logs of what you're eating. By keeping track of these 3 things, you'll be on the fast track to meeting your goals quicker than you ever thought possible.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is available for ½ hour, 1 hour, and 1 ½ hour sessions. Our massage therapist specializes in deep tissue, sports, Swedish, and therapeutic massage. All massages are done in a private, relaxing atmosphere for your maximum comfort and enjoyment.
Nutrition Counseling
Nutrition programs are available to those that want to change their dietary habits to include more healthful, nutritious, yet flavorful foods. Eating healthy doesn't mean that you have to eat bland, flavorless food. We can provide you with guidance in your dietary habits that can increase your energy throughout the day, fuel and recover from your workouts, and meet your fitness goals at the same time. We offer diet plans as well as simple monitoring of your daily food intake. You can let us know how in-depth you want to get.
Flexibility Program
If you want to increase your flexibility and range of motion in any muscle or joint, we have a program that can help you get that. Our comprehensive stretching program involves full warm-up, hands-on and free motion stretching as well as a cool down period.
